Biography
He was born on January 19, 1904, died on August 26, 1989, and was buried at Riverside Cemetery. He was the Monroe County Manager from 1960 to 1971. During his term, the population grew from 10,000 to nearly 90,000.

- 1941: Peak pre-war residential construction year — 415 homes built at a cost of $1,664,135, setting a New York State record for single-family dwellings.
- 1950 Federal Census: Population reached 25,508, a 67.6% increase — largest growth rate among Monroe County towns.
- 1960–1971: Served as Monroe County Manager after leaving the supervisor’s office.
