Biography

Vincent L. Tofany was born on December 16, 1926 and died March 30, 2004. He was in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Term Highlights

He laid the groundwork for water and sewer lines to prepare for the town's growth. After he served in the town, he became the NYS Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. The road to the Town Hall Campus was named after him.
