1912-Town’s first sewer district is formed. 1912-The Town Board buys the first typewriter for town office use. 1914-The Ridge Road Water District is formed. 1914-The first street light pole is set on Ridge Road near Waggs Corners. Another is placed on Dewey Avenue just north of Barnard Crossing. 1915-Construction of Stutson Street Bridge began.
