Biography

William Thomas Whelehan Sr born, February 1869, in Greece, Monroe, New York, United States. to parents William Whelehan, was 33 and Mary A Gallery, was 21. He married Anna E Dorsey in 1895. She was 21. and lived to be 82 and died in 1956 They had five children:

• Evelyn M Whelehan: 1896–1903
• Lester W Whelehan: 1899–1904
• Ruth A Whelehan: 1903–1991
• George B Whelehan: 1907–1977
• William Thomas Whelehan: 1917–2003

He lived in Rochester, Monroe, New York, United States for about 10 years. He died on 3 October 1931, in Charlotte, Greece, Monroe, New York, United States, at the age of 62, and was buried in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Rochester, Monroe, New York, United States. Whelehan Road is named after his family.
