If you email your packet to ghsscholarship40@gmail.com follow the following process to submit your application via email.
Step 1: Save your essay in the .docx file format do not use .pages if using a OSX please change the file format to .docx file format
Step 2: Make sure you print out the application. Fill in all the information. Then, if you have a scanner, please scan the completed form either as a multi-PDF or as single-page images. Save them in the same folder as your essay.
Step 3: Please compress the folder that contains the application, essay, and any pictures into a single zip file. Use your operating system’s built-in file compression software or if you use 7-zip or any other compression software. Label the compressed file with your name, school name, and 2023-24 student for example (Jane_Doe_Greece_Odyssey_2023-24.zip)
Step 4: For the email, the formation will be in the subject line of the email will be your name. Then add the Warren C Crandell Scholarship Application and the current school year to the subject line. In the body of the email, give us a little bit of a bio about yourself. This way, we can keep track of all the students who are applying for the scholarship. The fastest way is to use the online submission portal. This will allow for quick upload and submission of the application.
If mailing your completed application to the Warren C. Crandell Memorial Scholarship Fund at the Greece Historical Society then here are the steps for that process:

Step 3: Transfer to a USB flash drive. Use this drive to send the application, essay, and pictures you choose to submit with the essay. Attach a string with a tag to your flash drive. The tag should contain your name in case it gets separated from your application. Your flash drive will be returned to you after the review period.
