A SUPREME COURT HISTORY POTPOURRI by Professor James Valenti

Ever wonder how the Liberty Bell cracked? Or how about why Jefferson and Marshall hated each other? Professor Valenti will  discuss the Role of the Supreme Court of the United States, some clashes between the Court and  Presidents, as well as share some interesting anecdotes of Supreme Court History. The Constitution's Article Three and cases will be on full display.

James Balenti, J.D., LL.M., Esq is a Tenured Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice  at Finger Lakes Community College and is a member of the Supreme Court Historical Society and the Justinian Society
